| Financial manager job description
As a member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for all financial reporting and providing reconciliation between any accounting differences between PRC GAAP and IFRS.
Responsibility:
1.Responsible for implementing accounting policies and procedures.(制定财务程序和财政方案)
2.Directs accounting, property accounting, cash flow management, financing, tax planning, internal auditing, control and records retention.（财务结算，财产核算，现金管理，筹措资金，税务结算，内部审计，控制保存财务收支记录）
3.Responsible for preparation of reports to the German shareholders according to their requirements.（负责根据要求向德国的股东汇报财务收支状况）
4.Responsible for preparation of all accounting and budgeting reports such as financial statements, balance sheets and internal management reports according to PRC GAAP and IFRS.（负责准备所有的财务和预算报告，例如财政现状，账单平衡，根据PRCGAAP和IFRS管理内部报告）
5.Prepares budgets, forecasts and strategic plan schedules.（准备预算报告和财务计划报表）
6.Interprets and analyses the company’s operating results and communicates results to management.（分析公司运报告，想管理部门负责人汇报）
7.Develops and revises finance and accounting systems, procedures and controls. And get used to working with SAP modules FI/CO.（控制和改进财务结算系统的程序）
8.Develops and maintains close relationship with insurance companies, banks, auditors and tax authorities.（保持和发展与保险公司，银行，稽查还有税务部门的密切联系）
9.Performs the function of Company’s Board secretary and keeps minutes of the company’s Board of Directors meetings.（履行公司懂事秘书职责，做好公司董事局会议的记录）
Requirements:
1.University degree holder with professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA)(大学本科，会计专业，有专业资格证书，如CPA, ACCA)
2.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the accounting of a foreign-invested Chinese enterprise or in an international auditing company is required, 2 years leadership experience is desired.（3年以上外企会计部门工作经验或者国家级审计公司工作经验，2年部门主管工作经验优先）
3.Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese are essential. （中英文表达技能熟练）
4.Solid experience in UK & PRC GAAP (or IFRS)（在《英国与中华人民共和国会计准则》或《国际财务报告准则》有丰富的运用经验）
5.Mastery of common Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge highly desired.（熟练使用各种办公软件）
6.Able to work under pressure and within extremely short time frame.
能够在压力下工作并能在极短的时间内完成工作
